Default MB ATEGO 816 4.2 2007 TEMIC and KESS V2

I'm trying to read the firmware from the electronic engine management module TEMIC from the car MB ATEGO 816 4.2 2007. Inside the memory is 29F400. Reading is trying to do with the KESS programmer, both through OBD mode and via BOOT. In both cases, the ID can not be obtained. According to the KESS documentation for programming this unit, a special cable is required, I do not have such a cable. Can someone tell me how to connect correctly and read the firmware? Connection did according to the documentation that is in the attachment.
