Fgtech V54 Galletto 4 Master HELP pls WITH INSTALLING SOFWEAR!
I have a Dell L D360 I bought the pc because I saw that they sell as a pack deal.
Anyways, every time after I download the software and go to run it I got error....
So somewhere I'm doing something wrong.
Can somebody chime in and walk me through it I have a Tune waiting to load!

hi, the software should run only if The device is connected to usb and on power.
