your file may be corrupted as there are 2 different but similar pin and corrupted vin
real vin
VF3CC8HR0CW083632 dump vin
VF3CC:HR0CW283632 there is a 8 missing in bsi dump so your pin is bad coded
analysed with eeprom analyser

Yes ,my file is corrupted,i read and program with UPPA and the car not work
I Reset BSi and now i need Pin to program
