Default Mercedes ML270 CDI W163 diesel START ERROR

Dear Friends.
I need your help, I have a Mercedes ML270 CDI W163 diesel with the message in the dashboard "start error"
All this started from being under battery, when scanning gives us DTC B1099 (CAN bus: communication error: FBM). I have replaced another used EAM, copying the information of 0D69J and 93LC56 of the module A1635452832 filtering by tango and repairing the keys. We no longer have DTC in any module, but even the vehicle does not start. Can you please help me repair the ECU dump and EAM?
thanks for your help
esto funcionar? s?lo si realiza ECU virgen antes de eso, de lo contrario la estrella le dir? que la ECU est? enclavado allready !!! [/ quote]

Please, my friend, can you explain something more about this case?
Do you mean that sync file will not work?
Sync file is different from Virgin.
With which tool I should virginzar, Avdi gives me a different file and "MB ecu renew Tool" gives me another different file.
After virginiar should I adapt with MB star?
I will thank if I could comment step by step.
Thank you

Dear Friend.
I wrote the Sync file and I went to the vehicle to try and it does not work, the message "start error"
I did the reading of the EAM with Avdi by OBD2, I filtered it by tango the 3 keys and gave them the option "SCAN & FIX" But the problem persists. I am going to make virgen the ecu of motor, I only have one doubt, with which tool I have to do virgin? Can someone send me a virgin file?
Will the variant code be necessary?
Please if you can guide me step by step the procedure to adapt the ECU Virgin with Star Diagnosis
thanks for your help

Red face

Hi friend
Check in real data with STAR, status of your key if is recognized, if not just precode one PCF7935 and add key with AVDI if you have MN022
if key is ok, you need virgin your ECU and Sync with STAR
Make a diag and check dtcs in ECU and EAM to check where?s the fault normally is in ECU some time in keys or EAM

or u can use emulator fix it forever

Cheers
Hola amigo

Saludos [/ quote]

Dear Friend
Attached image of the behavior of the keys when placed in the contact. I'm going to try virgin ecu. I just need to know the procedure to proceed with the adaptation.
Thank you

Hi achacha
i don't remember that procedure properly but best way to learn is practice in DAS simulation, find it or go in WIS read the procedure how to do adaptation, i know you do that...

any information on this start error, have a w163 with same issue.

Faults are :

EAM : can bus fault in communication : DAM

ME SFI 2.8 : fault of function monitoring electronic accelerator(p0221)
: read dtc from transmission control unit rectify faults(p1999)

AAM ; two way radio signal: the programmed code is ok, but the programmable code is not synchronized

im not sure how to synchronize with star. also heard 3 other techs had a go before me. how to synchonize?
