In N position: "N" is continuous
In other degrees "N" flashes !!
And not to start the car.

This is a common fault.get you a tool that can see if it has faults(like techstream),then erase,make a calibration of the mmt,and test it on road.
How many miles does the car have?
Is the clutch disk replaced?
