How to clone Volvo On Call module?

I have a broken Volvo on call module here as I need to clone info to used.
Volvo oem wirkshop cant program a used in to car.

I have check pcb but cant find any Eeprom or mcu as i known....

Any one as have made this before?

I find a flash (BGA) as having number m29dw323dt

it looks like Segger J-link tool can read this mcu wit J-flash prog.
But I dont know how to connect (pinout) from mcu and tool.
Please need help here!
Any one that can this tool/mcu and know this?


Mcu on pcb is TFBGA48 modell.
mcu has glu on it and a hell to remove safe....
I have remove one and clean pcb to make pinout/connection on pcb.

How was this resolved?
I myself am changing the VOC / PHM module from the 2013 year model > to the 2014 year model. The new used module(facelift 2014 phm) is from a scrap yard and contains the data of the former car (probably in some eeprom) and they should be cleared to make the module "virgin". Any tips?

if this works, it may also be possible that the car's 3G PHM / VOC module could be upgraded to a facelift 4G module!! and that would be a big deal in these! ��
