Hi Brayn I have a 2011 Camry that came from action with a cut key, but the car didn't start and security light flashing. I plugged my T300 and no communication with Immo, so I purchased used one on Eplay and now it's good and I got communication, and reading said type 4, but when I try programming key it said failed!! The Immo as epprom 93c66, but not sure if key or system G, is G type5? The key as model 12bcm-01 and the Immo TK500M86E84582
PS can I please get pw for this dump, Thank you,, Louie

yes G is type 5. I doubt t30p will reset G system.
so this car then must not be G because T300 said it's type4, do you know where I can get this dump? PS you're right T300 only goes up to type4,, ;( Thank you Louie
i wouldnt put much trust in what t300 says. I would also put thr original immo back in car unless it has warter damage. The reason it couldnt conect is probably because its Type5.
My money is on the keyguy at auction has shit tools and couldnt program the key after he cut it. Auctions pay shit so they gey what they pay for.

Hi Nark, the original immo is no good water damage clear to the eye, so that's why it had no communication at all also a friend with the original A.D tool also said no communication. I replaced with a used one from Epay and plugged it in and to my happyness there was communication with my T300 said it's type 4, so I don't think it's type5, but I'm listing the Immo part # TK500M86E84582 or 89780-06011 and the key model 128CM-01 if this helps. Anyway the Immo was behind the heat case and what a job getting to it. I was asked to post the dumps, so I attached them Dump 1 came from the original immo because although the immo was water damaged with no communication the eeprom was still read/write. The 2ed dump, Dump 2 is from the used immo, both used a 93C66. Hopefully someone can help maybe even bypassing the dump so I can get this car to start..
note: original immo module TN300W0910084 or 89780-06050
used immo module TK500M86E84582 or 89780-06011
Don't know if it mattered,,, Thank you Louie

Ok,
2011 is a split year.
It can use type4 w/ toy44d key
or
type 5 w/ toy44g key.
I am on my phone so I can't currently check your dumps if no one else does and I get back to my office I will take a look for you.
When you do reset with t300. Itake key out and re insert key and remove (no turn
is light solid?
if yes then put key in ignition for at minimal 60 seconds. (do not turn)
then turn kry on off 6 ish times really fast.
use toy44d (4d67:72)

looked at your dump.
file "1" looks to be typ5 - toy44G key
file "2" looks to be typ4 - toy44D key
So original immo box is type 5 and one you purchased to replace it is type4.
I dont know if you can use a type 4 immo to replace a type 5.
maybe you can put original data onto your donor immo and it will work.
*shrug* maybe someone else will know.
other then that my recommendation is to get a type5 immobizer. use original data from 93c66 and reset and add with better tool.

Thank you Brayn very good post .. password please
Nark, Question if you say it's a type5 then why is my T300 saying it's a type 4? The key that came with this car doesn't have a G stamped, so I'm thinking it must be a type 4. please let me know if you sure this is a type 5 then maybe my T300 is reading it as a 4 and so if this is the case I will then go get the right immo and also some G keys. thank you.

Man, I'm no expert but this is my thoughts on the info you provided:
Looking at your dumps provided.
1.bin = Original (matches other type 5 files I have)
2.bin = Donor you installed (matches other type 4 files I have)
So I think the original immo box on car is a type5 G-key box and the box your trying to replace it with is a TYPE 4 immo box.
Because you installed a type 4 box so thats what t300 is trying to talk too.
Is it original oem key? It will have either a dot or a G stamped on it.
If it has neither or is an aftermarket key in new'ish looking shape then I would assume it was made by the auction's locksmith so he could mark it off as a finished key on his bill to the auction house. (in other words we can gather no information from this key as to what system the car uses)
What I would do:
>Get matching part number for immobilizer
>Flash bin from original to the new immobilizer module.
>Check ECU unit to ensure its not warter damaged as well. (cause if immo box was WD then its a good chance ECU was too)
If no WD> Great, then do nothing with it.
IF Has WD> Get matching part number ecu and transfer data from RA86 chip from old ecu to new ecu.
Then use tcode, techstream or another tool that can do type 5 and type 4 and do the appropriate reset adding in my own key.
You prob should start your own thread. maybe you will get some better advice.

Thanks you helped me out a lot, I did notice on this thread talk about the newer programmer that did the G what's your thoughts. fellow up, I purchased the tool skp-900 and it seemed there is cuommunication with the original Immo, but it failed to program the new G key I also purchased and there's no option in this tool for all lost keys only for type4 (D) so it looks like my dump needs reset can you please do that for me. Thanks

pass please Thank you
pass please Thank you
Just recently had the same issues. Same 2011 and same immo part number. Used immo from 2010 and monkey working with eeproms. Took me some time figuring out. Tango with the right dump and as good as new.
In regards to water damages, check power and ground on the immo plug
