Usb Device Not Recognized

When connecting my ipod shuffle via usb a little bubble appears saying Usb Device Not Recognized please help i need to sync songs i am running vista. Please help. Its not the wire because i tried another one and the same thing happens also i have updated itunes,reseted the ipod and reinstalled itunes. Please help !!

Try going to The "Add Hardware" wizard in the control panel. And it searches automatically. Hope this has been helpful.
