Volvo VIDA DB XML decode

I have some xml and vbf files from my Volvo dealer directly out of the Volvo vida database. This files contains the secure code for the CEM.

Now I need help to decode and decrypt the contend of this files to find the secure code.

I will spend a beer for your assistes.
