    Default W209, W211 on the bench ??

    Hi, good evening.
    Anybody please with info of what is needed to read and write these units (W209 and W211) on the bench??
    Is a gateway needed or not?
    In case is needed, how to connect please them both ??

    I think you are talking about EZS/EIS modules. Yes, you are right, you have to connect EIS to gateway and from gateway to OBD. Then, you can test your EIS, you can read trouble codes and you can read dump, but only without pass !! For pass, you have to dessolder NEC from key and read with expensive special tool like AVDI genuine. If you don?t have expensive special tool like AVDI, VVDI BGA, you have to go old fashioned way. Open EIS and read with programmer...

    Thanks Jan1980 for info.
    Sorry I forgot to say it was all about reading EIS modules yes.
    I want to read via IR those modules, and yes with AVDI extract their passwords, then virginize them, and personalize with another readed info.

    My question is about how to connect EIS module to the gateway, and then gateway to OBD.
    Have you please such connections diagram ??

    Did you find the way to connect the EIS module to gateway and then to obd2 ?
