Begginer. Want to start making study Winols

Hello guys,i want some help with winols.First of all i want to ask where i can find winols to get it does i must buy from evc electronics or can cracked version or something else .Other thing i want to ask how to start because im begginer.I have car service and i work with cars and i work also with softwares but doing other guy i only read and write.If can somebody help me i will be really thankful.
