FRF Flashing

Hello.

Could someone please tell me if i write frf file on unlocked ECU will it get locked again?

Car is Touareg II 4.2TDI (EDC17CP44)
HW: 7P0907409
SW: 1037508277
WV Software Number: 0007
It is TProt (V7) unlocked (with MPPS Tricore Boot)

I have attached frf file. Can someone please tell me is this correct file to flash, and can i flash this file with Vag Can Pro?
Also if anyone can decrypt this file to BIN?

Hello if you flesh with frf your ECU wil by locked agin and frf fail make sw update if you neead som odx for this car send my SW number I will help you

ECU HW number is 7P0907409, and SW number is 1037511931. There is also WV software number that is 0007.

Forgive me if i am boring you people.
I really need OBD original file for this ECU's that will not tuner protection lock it again. I cannot OBD read it with MPPS. I am getting file is corrupt when MPPS reaches 100% of reading.
