hello friends hope all well i am just curious if carprog v8.2 can read vw gti golf6 dash because i have tried fvdi and it fails thank you

disconect abs before anything,,,than try with cp,,,i have done some sciroco and golf6 but i cant remember it is gti!!!

I would say it depends on dash software - tested SW0607 and SW0608 (Skoda) with 8.2 and no joy.

Why disconnect ABS?
Backup of ABS coding is must! But I've never heard about disconecting ABS.

carprog is not solution for this typ dashboard,

sometime when ABS lost coding ,wont accsept coding even the saved one!!!beter disconest when playing wit this typ tools

whats a nice tool to read these dash and read med17 ecu has any1 try X-100 because the story is i need to syncro ecu to immo ........ok vehicle ecu was damaged so client buy donor ecu...dash and key however vehicle starts but not very healty however i wana put everything original back and program the donor ecu to all works again so i wana read the orignal cluster and the donor cluster for both pins and mac and cs..... then only i can program this car because original ecu badly burnt regards.
