    Default Rev limiter in neutral for EDC16 U34

    Hi guys I'm looking for a way to add a rev limiter in static say 2000 rpm to lower emission on sniff test.
    Stock rev limiter is set at 2700 rpm and disappear as soon engine is at operating temperature ...
