Mercedes W172 - help needed, rear window doesn't work.

I've been searching for days and can't find any info or schematics on it. All of a sudden right rear quarter window stopped working and the roof can't be lowered. So far I only checked fuses under the hood and in the trunk, all seems to be in order. I don't usually work with Mercs and have no MB software ot TSBs to look at (would any particular piece of software help solving it if I don't have MB Star/Xentry?). What to check next? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

in driver door you have button for stop rear windows maybe it active
