golf IV 1.9tdi 115cv cold start

I have a golf that keeps getting cold. Changed the injector seals and controlled both low pressure and tandem pump but everything is regular. Can you increase the duration of the candle heating time or the injection to make it better cold?

what do you mean about cold. is the engine stay cold???
