    Battery charge/alternator excitation voltage:
13.5V mesured ------- u ment charging voltage on battery clamps? if yes that bad
I can help you but only if you want me to help you
All the questions should start from what car, what year, what engine is what fuel. What are the symptoms of the problem. Only then is what you know, what fault code, live data, what you have done.

For sure, ignition switch should be the first component to be inspected.

Srry for infer sites that it is just exsample but if it helps

Hi all i have a 406 with flashing battery symbol and "battery charge warning" on dash flashing, alternator is charging, alternator signal wire putting out battery voltage with engine running as it should, but no battery power at pin 14 of the yellow plug at bsi, according to servicebox wiring diagram there is an engine running relay between the alternator and bsi which this wire passes through, if i put battery voltage to pin 14, yellow plug battery warning stops
