Land Rover JLR SDD Programming options deactivated?

Hi just got vxdiag clone to use with Land Rover JLR SDD, and i can connect and see data, DTCs , clear DTCs and some cool info, but im not able to program anything, for example i tried several times to change the wheels size just to play, but cant. Any info on this, is it normal or am i missing something ?

I see a message that says dealer not activated but i dont know if it has anything to do, as they told me to use it offline.

I think you need to pay for a topix subscription for programming
