hi just joined i have an audi a4 2002 1.9 tdi,lost the keys and no spares...got a new key from audi but need the 4 digit pin code...had someone come round with a universal code reader but they could not retrieve the pin code...can anyone else help deperate now thanks...

what you tried to read your PIN?

yes a company plugged into the port under dash with a universal c reader and tried to program the new key to the transponder...but they could not do it..any advice...
