hello all,
I have a VCM2 interface for me. When I connect to my computer, I can read the serial number and find the IDS program as well. If I connect to the car, I can not see the serial number and do not recognize the IDS program.
Does anyone know what's wrong?

maybe the driver of your tool not installed

He installed a driver normally.
