TCU locked after tuning Q7 3.0TDI

Hello, I have tuned an Audi Q7 3.0 TDI with 245hp today with an 8 gears automatic gearbox. the ecu is Aisini AL1000.
After tuning the TCU was locked. I have programmed ~ 700Nm as max Value on CAN, stock is 620Nm, when I change this Value to stock then it is all working ok, when I write 630Nm TCU is locked, so I think it has to do with limiters in the gearbox ecu.
The DTC in TCU is engine ecu software incompatible.
I will attach an virtual read from tcu, maybe someone has damos or knowledge to change the limiters or fix this dtc otherwise.

for what you will do it

change limiter in ecu and set down can output

disable trq protection for gearbox

and all good

the gearbox shift smooth and you can drive 800nm without problems
