Default problem ford fiesta 1l6 ecu sim22 2004

hi really I'm in the dead end I just swape ecu sim22 ford fiesta on another ecu same reference sim22
    Result 01: no start
I put the flash and 93c86 on the original ecu so the fiesta does not start and the cadena light still persists before it starts right after the cloning and reset the flash and the memory the fiesta wants to understand result 02: I have understood nothing ?
Following my search say rolling of code (reset) I used the volta for the flash M29F400BBorig
    Result 03: similar no start
And I heard that there is also another method of synchronization between the dash and ecu
Please wait for your answer and solution for this car
    thanks

    Hy,

Eeprom stores immo data. You can program it with Ford VCM.
