I think nope...
Give a supply to the ECU and look with a multimeter is there some voltage on the boot pad...
If there is about 3v - is ok.
May be your tool have troubles...NO PASSWORDS FOR ANYONE, EXCEPT THE RECIPIENT OF THE FILE !!!
If your PM box is full, clean it right now...
Otherwise, your requested file will be deleted... for ever!
