i tried to pair cd30 radio with this display with minipro but when i read the display eeprom (93c56A) just read FF virgin file .

Try with another programmer and clear the pins.

Need to read with 8bit Pony, other programmers won't read it because it needs slow read (93c56 Non Rotated)
