Problem with EEPROM in EDC16U1 after flashing

VW Golf 5 Plus 1,9 Tdi

Problem was after write CHIPtuned file via OBD2 (FGTECH v53).
Error was showing up:

17068 - Glow Plug Control Module (J179)
P0684 - 000 - Implausible Signal - MIL ON

Then I write ori file back, but DTC was present.
I have checked GLOW PLUG CONTROL MODULE but it was OK.

I have reflashed EEPROM via BDM (KTAG) from another CAR and adopt to GOLF PLUS with VCDS.

DTC disapeer !!!

Car couldn't start after 100KM.

Any idea?

Maybe some bug in FGTECH software?
Tomorrow I will try to flash it by OBD2 with KESS.

Maybe You should reflash MPC556 .

If You want - In rar are Flash , Eeprom & MPC from the same ECU.

I have reflashed all, then program ECU in car - it was ok.
Then I have program ECU by OBD WITH FGTECH - the same error!
So once again I wrote ECU back with KTAG to ORI "DOMINIK" and teach ECU to CAR with VCDS.
Having VIRGIN and ORI ECU once again I tried to program ECU with FGTECH but this time with ORI file by OBD - the same error after programming !
I made the same thing with KESS - same resoult.

You tried with galletto when you select driver for ecu.... on menu you have on first line "vag tool" or similar and have option for erase some error or problems with you ECU ... at a moment i don't have Galletto software for print screen..
