enable cruise control

hi all
i have customer who has 51 plate vectra and he wants me to fit cruise control he has new stalk
i was wondering if anyone can give me step by step instructions on how to enable with opcom and any pitfalls

i think engine is either 1.8 or 2.0 ecotech petrol

when i was younger so much younger than today we was told at colege that you don't has cc on an engine less that 1.9 liters.

And what vectra is? C or B?
If engine is Z18XE, op-com can activate CC (even is a Vectra C or B).
If engine is 2.0l pentrol (X20XE) then is only Vectra B, and i don't think that op-com will activate CC on this engine.
