Default VW Touareg: No ignition and ELV defective in dashboard

    Hello mates,
I have VW Touareg 7L year 2007 3.0TDi engine BKS.
This car does not power on ignition and in dashboard I have message about faulty ELV.
When I insert the key in the ignition nothing happens: the steering column is always unlocked and I can't power on ignition.

I have error in 05-Kessy module:
    00288 - Steering Column Lock Actuator (N360)
    014 - Defective

If I erase this error and remove key from ignition, the ELV try to close and then open again. And message in dashboard about ELV defective.

    ELV part number is 4E0905852E.
    This is pictures of PCB:

Does anyone has experience with this fault ?
It's an ELV problem or can be a Kessy problem ?

Any news about common failure ?

    Thank you
    Bests

Someone told me that this problem can be a corrupted dump in Kessy module (like BCM2).
    Is it possible ?

Mate Inside is a MCU ST72334.
Is possible read/write this MCU ?
Or I need to swap MCU ?
This ELV is adaptable to car only if it is virgin.
    Thank you

Only way to fix this is to buy new EVL and adopt it.
You can not adopt second hand EVL .
I never seen any other solution for this.

    Yes, I know it.
I have genuine AVDI, and it can be adapted only if ELV is new and virgin.
But I can try to swap MCU from my ELV to another working ELV and see.

Switch Immo off will not help me because engine ecu is correctly adapted to this car, and without ELV you can't make ignition ON.
On this car you can't make ignition on with immo off.
Immo off will only help to change engine ecu without adapt it to kessy module.
    Regards

If you think you have mechanical problem with Actuator, then you can swap whole board to second hand ELV.

Try open lock, and make it lock, then try it.

Try resolder all on pcb on ELV

Do I need to put ELV in locked position ? And then I have to test it ?

Do you mean resolder every component on PCB ?
