Hi, friends, maybe someone has experience with the new device CG100X because I bought one and I had a very bad experience.
1. Device not possible to activate, I reinstall 3 different releases for 4 different laptops.
2. Seller told me everything was okay but really was not.
3. Ingeneer spent a total of around 10 hours on my laptops and just disappear. When I ask him what was going on, he just tell me to ask the seller for a new one.

I've this several years ago, use rarely because i bough for Toyota SRS.

In some case i need, it work well. Exp: See ISN from key with CAS3+, CAS4 or clone some ECU

company CG has some good tools...
like bmw and or mercedes...
also full of bugs, but you can work with it...

cg pro...
cg100...
cg anything else...
it´s only BULL SH.T....!
unbelieveable what kind of BULL SH.T...

I have seen a lot of BULL SH.T in the last years...
but CG PRODUCTS are TOP number one....!

Keep contact with seller and insist on sending back the unit.
I don’t know which payment method you have used, but you can contact credit card company or bank.
You should get the new unit or your money back...

Hi, everybody! The seller sent me another unit by DHL it was not so long but anyway, now looks like everything working because another unit they sent me was already activated with my login and pass. So now everything working and I did one job with this device.

I totally agree with you, very good tool and good company
