What device or software can program remote function onto Mini Cooper 2003?

(2 button remote key - BAR code system)

I guess you can use Launch to program. Just try it, it will probably not ask for the last missing character.

It will ask for the following codes:
Basic code => 401CCF
Random code => 401CCE
Encryption code => FFFFFFFFFFBFE330

But it is in fact not stored in the car, I guess it's just some checksum for the barcode scanner.
