Sprinter 906 CRD3.20 EGR off

Hello friends. I have one problem with this Sprinter. Its Delphi fuel injection and ecu is A 651 900 32 03 Delphi CRD3.20 OM651. File read and write with KESS without problem and car start. EGR off in file made it with swiftec. But owner say its not okay. If disconnect connector from EGR i get this DTCs: P048713 and P029900. With connected EGR no errors but owner not satisfied. Anyone have experience with this EGR off solution from Swiftec ? Its okay or not ? Maybe car have another problem. Any suggestion ?

Swiftec can do egr off. But you need to mute the egr physically, by installing the special gasket
