Unlock NOREAD of tuning file

Hello,
who can help me to unlock a tuning file ==> NOREAD

WinOLS is reporting: This file is marked with a re-import ban (NOREAD is hidden)

I will try help, first why u wanna try hack some protected work ?
And u have right protection is crypted, but possible to remove

i can import without problem

Because I want to compare this file with my own modification.
Obviously there are CHKS problems!

File is OK , no protection.

you inserted wrong what need to search there
do not insert "NO READ"
insert "OPEN BETTER YOU EYES MATE:::FILE IS NOT PROTECTED"
maybe WMUELLER will see that

I don´t know, what you mean!
The file is not protected with NOREAD, but it is encoded and hidden.

Can you tellme, how to decode?
