I know that "time is money" but if you read these two pages of this topic you will find what you are looking for, ie the full, activated version of vcds 1.2.

Loader also works for lite just rename lite exe file to vcds.exe and loader does the rest.

read the vcds everything thread i had a 12.12 lead that ended up bricked downloaded the kolimer loader and 20.4.2 reflashed the lead sorted works on my 2005 audi a3

VCDS LITE 1.2 has a loader in itself. You must install the Vag kkl interface in such a way that the com port in DM has number 1. Once you do this, you must do the compatibility test in the "OBD II" tab, and then the test in "OPTIONS" (or vice versa). Finally, after checking in "ABOUT" the license should be "green".(valid /activated). Try and report.
