Yes, but the ISN (SK)code must match later, you can do synchro DME-CAS

Mate what you say has no sense...
Probably you mean isn should be matched firtsly and later do what you say.
synchro DME-CAS is only to systems with 16bit ISN.
128bit ISN doesn't need syncro. Just get isn from ECU and write it to CAS or vice versa.
And car starts immediately without any syncro.
So ISTA is useless to all situations...
Is only partial used in some systems...
Only tools like AVDI, BMW Exlorer, Autohex, VVDI etc and Hex Editors can do this job...

I looking for connect on becnh MEVD172G ecu & FEM becuase I need to reset ecu. I bought Fem chinesse platform and it has a plug for dme. Can anyone help how to connect fem&dme to work on bench with them?
Ecu and fem platform has two can lines and I dont which is the correct.
