Check if my ECU is modifyd?

Hi, i have bought a second hand Fiat Panda 4x4 Cross with MJD 6JF ECU.
As i am a learning about IMMO-Off services and a little bit about remapping,
I took out the ECU en wanted to prepair to read with my brand new BDM adaptor.
After looking at the documentation, i found out, it was readed with a board before..
On the soldering where the pinns of the adapter shoud be, there were some pins soldered.
Als also a little resistor, wich has to been taken away, is gone..

I mannaged to read it and now i want to know, what did they do.. Is my ECU tuned?
or did they do some other stuff like bypassing an error.. who know?

Who can tell me what is done?

To see is your soft ORI or not you have to read other memory (Flash,MPC...).In EEPROM is coding and immo.

I think it is a stupid newbie question, but is the flash on a other chip? Or just on the same chip, but diverent part?

Flash is flash... epprom is epprom. Its different chips.

Took me a hour to get it with FVDI, but i got it..

why not reading from the same bdm interface you used for eeprom? should be much quicker.

anyway, here is your ORI.
not sure about the checksum but your tool will take care.

it is a basic badly done remap, just 15% on duration map and some other useless mods. of course it will inject more than ori so......

I tried to read it with K-tag but it failed to read.
Thunk i did something wrong. So i read it with my zedfull. But it reads only EEPROM..

So if i read well, they did some remapping but it is poorly done..
What software can i use to see such stuff?

1) ecm titanium, very easy but very beginner level, nonsense map names and so on.

2) winols, difficult but you can do anything you want if you know what to do.


there are of course lots of other SW but you won't find them online for free...
