Default Vauxhall ASTRA H 2005 problem with remote

I have a problem with remote in my Astra '05
All keys was lost so i bought the new one. Blade already cuted and immo programed.
Now I have a problem with remote. It's already add to car but to make it works I need to disconnect battery. After I put it to ignition its stop working - next battery disconnection - working again.
    Any idea whats is wrong?

Your battery is dead. Try another battery. Don't messure the voltage, just change it

The plunger in end of ignition barrel is not returning when removing key from ignition. Are you getting boing noise and radio staying on? Remove ignition barrel, strip & clean out all the crap thats accumulate. Make sure the spring now freely returns plunger back to position when key is removed. Refit and will now work.

I'm not sure but I think that is original one.

I'll check that wey with non returning
plunger in end of ignition barrel
I think it can be problem with this because my radio is staying on when I take out the key.
