Probleme when initialize new cart with renault can clip v169

Hi for my renault velsatis 2.0T I use Can clip V169 to initialize new key card and during the process I get this message ; enter the ignition code displayed (xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx) 24 characters and click next unfortunately I can only enter 13 characters and i have a message error.
I read in my Renault service manual, at first page, renault quality certificate; the Ignition key number with 8 characters and the key code with 7 characters. Do I enter this ignition key number or the key code ? anyone have already use this process with can clip ?
