You have wiring diagram in benz monster window... Instructions are for collecting data on car. ( unplug elv ) and connect clip on cgdi yellow cable mean that on car is (on elv plug) finest wire-K line. On bench you need to connect yellow wire of cgdi on eis k-line...

Have problem with w169. Car came to mechanic with unlocked elv but key cant turn . They tried to put other eis from another car and then elv locked. Than car came to me. Original eis is 169 545 11 08. They tried 169 545 15 08. These tvo eis are diffrent by number of connectors. 169 545 11 08 has 3 connectors and 169 545 15 08 has 2. I have reed orig eis with smok j-tag, made BE key with cgdi, tried with emulator on bench... not work... on car... not work. Then I wrote eeprom from ...11 08 to ... 15 08, made new key form 11 08 dump, tried on bench... works, tried on car... car starts. Probably wrong calculation for 169 545 11 08 with CGDI... also wrong calculation with SKC... Hardware difference between these two eis are in small connector with two twisted wires that 169 545 15 08 don't have. Without these wires, there is no communication with vehicle with star...

I had same problem with w169 few months ago, but I had working key and I have made spare key. Also calculation did not work with cgdi and skc from dump. Solved with cgdi online pass calculation with working key.

Solved. With SKC calc and original used key. BE key did not work on this EIS and CGDI did not calculate keys well. Maybe for someone will be helpful.

How you wrote eeprom from 11 08 to 15 08? First you must renew 15 08 or direct wrote eeprom?

I have problems with resetting every NEC chip but finally after many attempts it will do. Last week I tried NEC 081 and it wasn't able to reset in multiple tries. Then I closed the software and re-open and it reset 1st time. Not sure if it's the solution or I was lucky but you can try that

    Hi!
For newly programmed (added) Key , you do not need to enable it, just put in EZS one time for about 10 Seconds and remove + reinsert.
    It will be enabled automatically.....
