Do you familiar with C4 ?

Have your write down the key password or you've just erase EIS ?
If you have calculated new keys you should have EIS data and key password, right ?
Standard Benzmonster did save all data in the directory it is installed.
If you upgrade the software then it will delete all before installing the new revision.

So, if you do not save it else where yourself then all is lost...

My data files are also saved in the same directory with Benzmonster,
the update process will not delete other files and directories,
    I have tested several times.
of course I have also do backup all my data.

    Hello guys,

Dealer eis, states cgdi. W639 Vito 2004.
I can calc erase and wipe the eis.
However write vin and write eis data fail.

I need to change the immo data in R2.
(R1 km and vin is not realy the problem)
(I did this, a few days, on a similar vito eis. No problems.
(loaded C203 immo data in a W639 eis, worked)

What does dealer eis mean? Could i overwrite the R2 immo with a donor,, non dealer ,,eeprom file?
So that i can renew, write, and activated it.
Or is there more to it?

Thank you, i read something about this. Mostly taxi have this.
How do i cheat, to get what i want?

Read about poldiag being able to do these.

Is this dealer eis, only a immo eeprom thing?
Would writing a regular immo eeprom with programmer fix this?

I can not write a different flash, with a programmer.

So, is there a eeprom dump, non dealer that allows me to renew and activated this eis?

    Hello,

I have a faulty key for W210. I'd like to know what exactly might it be, is NEC somehow wiped or what? CGDI read key every time, just status and other things are messy, have a look:

    Hello P1et,

Dirty ir parts, in key, and ezs.
Use a cuetip, to clean lock, and inside of key towards red glass.

And dont put the cgdi direct in the sunlight, this will mess up reading.
Found this out, years ago on a sunny day. Even a garage portable led light, or smartphone led could send out some distorting ir waves.

I resoldered all the components on PCB but still same bullsh1t result when reading via IR. I think NEC lost it's data somehow.
