Here are screenshots of the read password from the key after SGDI and after the Mercedes instrument.
Try to write this dump as an option.

The last batch of CG keys was not read or written to the CGDI MB. The manufacturer CGDI MB recommends replacing the IR receiver and transmitter. There was neither time nor desire to buy it and wait. Therefore, I tried to install the IR receiver and transmitter from an old faulty original key. Now CGDI MB reads and writes perfectly again !!!

Regular keys labeled CG. Of the five keys, only one key was recorded from the fifth time. After replacing IR light and photo diodes, the keys can be read and written without problems.

    HI,
Here is a valid password for you: 40AE977E6407FCA1, 8E5B34D565F7061B, D6EDB5EC7829E40A <-- This is a Valid Pass Hash
    any of above should fit.
    regards
pc: I just saw the dump has swapped bytes comparing to the special key you have written:
so this should be ok if the first one doesnt fit D6739D2FB6CBEFEF, E4ECA96F208C5265, AA10180D1074AE31 <-- This is a Valid Pass Hash.

So that was the issue. I calc keys using your password from MI and all work.

I knew AVDI at some point (or maybe still have?) had problems with incorrect password from dump of W169 / W245 but I done couple of those from dump read by vvdi prog / xprog and then calc by CGDI and every time it worked so at first I exclude wrong password and I was just fooled, didnt know what to do.

Seems like there is some specific W169 / W245 EIS number which causes that problem.

Thanks for help and sorry for late reply.

    Hello
If possible any idea or help.
X164 read ok obd pass generated ok (I think)
    Keys generated ok.
Already try 3 positions and key cranks but no start.
    Original key ok
    Remotes ok.
What can it be or what could be the problem.
No keyless system, and auto gearbox, eis already with nec so no normal read by direct vvdiprog or something.
    The car year is 07.
    Thanks for help if possible.

Most likely keys problem. W164 cause most trouble with china 'BE' keys. However in last summer I programmed one CG key and one original NEC to W164 and everything good on both, no any call back about CG key having troubles to this day.
