just insert working key to activate.
Please, take a look on this photo story i created with whole process. As you can see at the end, the ELV is not activated.

Do you have other (type) emulator can try ?
I don't have this new emulator so can't tell what's wrong.
Can you also show EIS read screen ? is the EIS activated ?
Or maybe try renew EIS, sync to ELV, see if this work ?

Maybe the same like the cheap mk3 ones, program says not activated but led lights up green and works great.

Did you tried it in the car

    Maybe this is the case.
In reading MK3 emulator it won't show anything meaningful,
    but actually it is working.
You can use "Check EIS status" to see if ELV working or not.

No I don't other emulator type. Only a few genuine ELV and 5 x Xhorse mini emulators.
EZS is activated. I test the same EZS with genuine ELV and it works.
    Anyway, I'll try your suggestion.

I've only done tests on the bench. I haven't tried it in on vehicle. "Check EIS status" shows only mechanical status as ticked during key rotation, car status remains blank.

If you have EIS/ELV test cable or testing platform you can test it on bench.
You are working on bench you should also able to test it on bench, do you ?

Yes I have cable set and I'm testing EZS-ELV-Key on bench. I don't understand the question.

If you have other ELV or maybe the original working ELV then you can confirm your test cable wired and is working properly.

When checking EIS status and if you not getting 15R tick,
means either the ELV not programmed or not working or not connected properly or other problems.

Maybe I will get that mini ELV later to see how is it.

If you look into the wiring diagram no gateway is needed.
But there are two type of EIS.
    Have you tried ?

Tried to make a keyless go key to a 2008 w211. Keyless function doesn't work. Used VVDI keyless go key. Any tips?
