Is CGDI tech support alive???

Could you please add support for Xhorse Mini ELV simulator on next update? CGDI is not be able to handle this type of simulator! I'm trying to program it as a normal ELV and the steps seem to be done successfully. But in reality nothing changes in the data of the simulator and finally cannot be activated.

Just program it as normal ESL,
NOT in 'ELV simulator'.
After programmed, read ESL only give you the wrong data, read is not support by those emulator, not the problem of CGDI or VVDI.
just insert working key to activate.

I am not fans of those tools, but cgdi is affordable and do the job I needed.
Worked on cgdi mb keys and keyless key, vvdi mb keys and keyless key, mk3 ELV emulator etc.
Renew ECU TCU, and correct dash mileage.
(just use direct write mileage with coding, those soft/hard CAN filter are s.ucks)
No problems so far!
No keys problem, no elv problems or any other problems.

No, i had troubles earlier with the server and contacted support they are resynchronzing data on server. Might take a while.

There is one batch of CGDI ESL emulator has problem !
Those CGDI ESL able to read and write,
But FAIL to activate so car can't start !

If you have this kind of ESL emulator keep failing,
check your buyer for return and replace.
