Mercedes ML w164 new EZS programming

Hello about this ml w164 with faulty ezs, owner brought a brand new EZS A1649051600
DAS scans it with TP, not personalized, not activated, no vin, totally brand new.
Tried checking with AVDI, vvdi mb and they don't recognize this ezs
in the past had similar experience not being able to personalize some new ezs

Does anyone know any tool able to program brand new ezs for Mercedes? mayb simon tools, autel, cgdi?

The brand new lock, only If you can read the password, using the akl function.
Then you can renew it, and program it. Using Avdi, or MBvvdi.

If not, best to buy another used eis.
Or swapp nec.

Or do this:

Simply open the faulty lock, and resolder the pins, from the connection between board, and coil.
Very common problem.
