You should check and connect them properly, instead of deleting the code from the dump.

If you still want to delete the code, make 1DD2D9 (8bit!) to zero,but keep in mind, that there is virtual EEprom in the dump (with EWS synchronisation) and if you've drive the car meanwile... will be necessary to read again the ECU and do this, in the fresh readed file.
Otherwise you will lose the immo synchronisation...
