OP-COM Clone config file cannot be created

Hi I do have a problem with my OP-Com Clone

I want to instal it on Windows XP laptop and the instalation is ok, but after instalation if i open OP-Com >>make test interface>> and want to save configuration i get>> "config file cannot be created"

If i want to start "diagnostic" without saving file then i get>> "The list of the supported ECU cannot be loaded".

with interface from china i got also
Vaux-Com 120309a it starts and i can save the configuration but cannot connect with any Ecu of the car.

any advices how to solve it?

Remove atribut "read only" from folder OP-com
