car is an citroen crosser with 2.2 hdi engine and edc16cp39 ecu

becouse i'm a bit lost, i have tried almost everything and i cant seem to find
a limiter that limits my car to 420 nm and 164 pk

i can say its not a limiter... sow i'm still stuck... the car is stil limited at 420nm and 164 hp... looks like an iq limiter but i cant dind it...
