Default "internal failure of SRS" after crash clear

Cleared crash from SRS unit 77960-D310-M1 from 2007 Accord.
After installed on car, besides the errors to recalibrate seat also fault came up 'internal failure of SRS unit" .

Is this due to incorrect clear of dump or some internal hardware failure inside the unit?

I will post files when I'm back at the shop at the computer.
I believe I cleared it with iprog+ or TachoSoft.
I remember it cleared more than 580 thru 5F0

here, I have original Crash dump.
    plus have 2 cleared files:
    one Cleared by tachosoft online.
and one cleared by Airbag Service Tool.

I think i programmed the tachosoft one into the module, but dont remember exactly which one i programmed in
but the cleared files are very different.
dont know which one clears correct.

You want to clear through line 580 all through 5E0.

Leave line 570 and everything above. Leave line 5F0 and everything below. 5F0 starts OPDS info

Did you even look at his dumps? They are incorrect. Will cause 51-xx. The u3000 code you are referring to are common in the newer, 2013+ CIVIC modules....

Strange that tachosoft doesn’t clear this correctly either. I used to trust tachosoft-online, but not anymore

Disconnect driver airbag..read codes driver airbag open in two plugs. And u3000 . clear codes.. Gone..no more u3000. On off switxh many times..drive the car. Off read codes no u3000 only driver airbag.. Module detects shorts in driver airbag...but is not the airbag..resistor plus capacitor plus etc...

got the module from the car. tried to read the code from eeprom, but eeprom is corrupt. with UPA i get all zeros, with iprog+ i get random Ff and 00 everytime i click read it reads diferently, with arlabs I get all 00.
    what could have happened here?
    is it repairable ?

I still have original code with crash saved on computer.
is it safe to write it into the the eeprom or the actual eeprom chip maybe damaged ?

or to get new 95320 eeprom chip fo the module ???
