urgent can anybody bench flash edc15c2 midlands

I cannot get this done with the tools I have :/

Is there anyone about in the midlands area that can flash this for me? I have the ecu files I'm happy to pay but I cannot find anyone nearby... Please? I'm happy to pay.

even mpps can do it...sometimes is necessary to desolder immo eeprom and cu flash obd or bench perfectly

I've got mpps I tried boot mode, I even made a harness I have a chinese copy... it doesnt work. I can travel not a problem I'm in Leics

I've already desoldered the immo chip, my mpps keeps say no external voltage found :/

im pretty sure that it will work with eeprom desoldered ... check your connections
