Hi, I have managed to unlock it, please supply flashcode to update firmware, and suggest best way to do this pls ;-)
(ie. what is the latest firmware for K3250, i think i'd be better with generic huawei dashboard "Mobile Partner" instead of Vodafone Connect software - what available firmware updates best match the K3520 and where do i find them?)
Thanks!

My Original huawei device supports Globe Telecom and I want it to change to SUN Broadband. No more Unlocking code appers every time I use my SUN simcard but I did'nt tried to enter an invalid unlock code,. I think the problem occurs when I updated my Dashboard and my firmware.
I have been already downloaded an unbranded dashboard but nothing happens even when I created a new profile for SUN.
In some manners, I find a downgrading application for firmwares but when I launch it, a prompt appeared and saying " The new source is may not be compatible with the current source" like that and asks a password before continuing. I have no idea for the password but I guess my IMEI may help this to discover its password.
worked great for me thanks
I'm making the assumption that you are from the Philippines from the networks mentioned.
With the exception of the E220 I have found no need to upgrade firmware on Huawei devices! The dashboard and firmware are effectively two different things and should be treated as such!
I also assume that your device still works on Globe Telecom as you don't actually confirm this fact...
The E1552 supports 3G/HSDPA on either 900 or 2100MHz. On all other bands (i.e. 1800MHz) it supports 2G only! So if you have your device set for 3G only network, you will not see signals on 1800MHz. The only listing I have for Sun Cellular is 1800MHz with a 2G network.
It is also quite possible that the service you want to switch to is not on any frequency supported by the E1552, some new operators are starting 3G/HSDPA on 700MHz which of course the E1552 does not support.
Basically if your E1552 is working on the original network (Globe Telecom) and accepts another SIM without asking for an unlock code, then the device is unlocked but you are unable to select the new network because your modem is set for 3G only or the new service is on a band not compatible to the E1552 and one final scenario is that you simply are not in range of a decent signal from the new network!
You will need to do local research as the website I've found give very little information in English...
