Radop OPEL ADAM 13446530 24C128 LOCKED - code

Hello, i need to change radio id Opel Adam, there is GM radio nr: 13446530. When i plug in new radio there is only LOCKED on screen. Can somebody tell me what i need to do to start this radio in new car? In attachments dump od 24C128 eeprom, thanks.
