I have a faulty BCM on Fiat Punto: errors on turn signals...
If I buy a used BCM can I move just the eeprom 93lc66 from car on the used one?
Will the car start?
or is there any immo off solutions?

Yes all immo/keys data is in eeprom, if it is same part number it should work
